Armen Avanessian is a seasoned business executive and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience founding, leading, and advising organizations across diverse industries. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions and delivered high-impact management consulting services to top-tier companies, including ADP, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, and Sikorsky Aircraft. His expertise encompasses organizational strategy and development, C-suite advisory, large-scale technology operations, and M&A due diligence and post-merger integration.
Since 2001, Armen has served as Founding Partner of CentraLink, a premier management and IT consulting firm headquartered in Los Angeles with additional offices in New York and San Francisco. Under his leadership, CentraLink has delivered strategic advisory services, operational optimization, and enterprise technology solutions to Fortune 100 companies, as well as small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations. The firm’s diverse client portfolio includes Boeing, Airbus, Chubb, Nationwide Insurance, and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, among others. Armen brings deep experience in merger integrations and divestitures, having led numerous board-level engagements and developed strategic roadmaps that have driven measurable performance improvements and long-term value creation.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Armen is an accomplished pilot who has received multiple awards from the Federal Aviation Administration. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and serves on several advisory boards.
